DISH Magazine by WMF

A few month ago WMF asked me to create three German recipes with an international twist for their magazine DISH. And I quite loved the challenge because I do like a lot of german recipes . But I traveled too much and tasted so many other dishes that I barely cook recipes without a foreign cultural impact.
And here we are – my three German fusion classics:

japanese Maultäschle / smoked trout and shrimp filling / sautéed onions / traut caviar / wakame miso broth

chinese sichuan Rouladen

Omas Schoko Pudding / safran icecream / roasted nuts / olive oil & salt
